Yet again integration with Google Sheets is off

Hi, We had the same issue yesterday where the forms submitted did not pull through to google sheets. From 2pm South Africa time it worked. Now we in the next morning and now it is of again. We running a complete 24hour call centre from this integration in sheets. this going to be a continues problem as we can not work like this and then want our money back.

Is there anyway I can stop the integration and then integrate with the same google sheet again?

We need this resolved ASAP.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. The issue is caused by Google. We are discussing the issue with them. However, this will take some time.

You can integrate your form with Google SpreadSheets again but this will create a new sheet. It is not possible to integrate an existing sheet. Please note that all the submissions will be sent to newly created spreadsheet.

You can always have relationships with the existing sheet and the newly created sheet. You need to use properties of the Google SpreadSheet application.
