    Google Integration: Submissions not going through

    Good Day,

     

    I think Jotform is misunderstanding the problem. We used Jotform to automate our workflows because, it was said that Jotform would work. Every single morning when I get into the office in South Africa my google integration has stopped working.

     

    I need to know the following:

    1. Is this going to happen every morning?

    2. Can I get my money back as Jotform cannot deliver?

    3. Why is support never coming back to a paying customer?

     

    We loose serious money every time the integration stops working. Will Jotform reimburse me for the money we loose or do I need to go over to Formstacks???

    I am utterly shocked in the service of Jotform and if this is not fixed today, I would assume that the technical Support does not know what is happening and cannot fix the problem. I will then appoint our legal team to pursue this matter further.

    It seems that you open several threads for the same issue. To avoid confusions, please stick to your original thread you opened. https://www.jotform.com/answers/1036422-Google-Integration-Submissions-not-going-through#3. I can see that the bug ticket is still open and our second level is still working on it.

    However, you also opened other thread, and my colleague has answered your concern here.

     

    1. Is this going to happen every morning?

    We cannot give you an ETA for when it will be fixed. However, for the meantime you can do the suggestions in this thread and in this thread

    2. Can I get my money back as Jotform cannot deliver?

    We will issue a refund unless you want to cancel your account within 30 days of your payment.

    3. Why is support never coming back to a paying customer?

    We are trying our best to address the issues and concerns of our JotForm users in a timely manner.
