My account keeps downgrading

    Hi there,

    As far as i remember i had a plan with unlimited number of submissions ... after declined payment, i was asked to upgrade which i did

    this is the second time i am being asked to upgrade my account, please help me understand before i do it again.

    When I check your account, it seems that you've made double subscriptions in January. Because of this reason, your Premium Monthly subscription was cancelled.

    You are still in our bronze monthly plan and your next billing date is on February 19th, 2017. If you have no issue with your payment method, your subscription will be renewed automatically. 

    You can display your billing information via this link after you login to your Jotform account.
