Is there a way to send a notification email based upon a field entry with the form itself?

I guess im asking if there are conditional statements available to address a notification email.

for instance if field a, in this case requestor District has a value of value1  send notification to recipeient1

if the same field has a value  = value2 send notification to a diferent ricipient.

    please advise.

    Thank you in advance

Yes there is. Here's the general guide regarding our Conditional Logic feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic. You can see there all the possible actions that you can do.

For the specific function you are looking for, here is the guide link for it: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-Selection

    I hope that helps.
