Also please see my previous ticket regarding emails not coming through. Our sending address seems to continuously be added to your bounce list. Your advice was to change the sending address to no-reply@jotforms which I have done but mails are still not coming through!!! This is getting extremely frustrating and I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription if you can't fix your problems!!!
Please fix ASAP!!!

Please try SMTP option to prevent your email address ending in bounce list. Here is the guide:
By using SMTP settings to send emails, you will use your own email provider's email settings adn hopefully, it won't reject itself.
Unfortunately, there is nothing to do from our side, to prevent rejections of your email provider.
Another option would be to use other email addresses as receiver. If you can setup an email address that does not reject JotForm emails, I think you will receive all the emails and won't end up in the bounce list again.
