Hi, I decided to use jotform for a second season but after some of the issues we experienced last season I became very skeptical. We seem to be having some of those same issues again.
The event listed below has been working fine until yesterday when someone registered and clicked pay later option but was redirected to paypal. This is one of the issues we had last season. How can we prevent this from happening in the future.
Please help, once my season gets busy in the next few months I will not have time for to resolve issues like this. I am a paying customer monthly and I hope you can be of assistance

Upon checking your form, you are trying to offer your users two payment methods, please note that even if you hide your PayPal payment field BUT the total value for the payment field has been filled out, then the user will still be redirected to the PayPal payment gateway. Hiding the PayPal payment field that HAS a value on it would not prevent the user to be redirected to it.
There are two possible solutions for this:

Solution #2: You can enable the "Clear Hidden Field Values" under Preferences->Advanced tab, and set it to "Clear on Being Hidden":
What happens there is that any field that is conditionally hidden will have its value clear up. This means that if the PayPal payment field is hidden, then that total value of it would also be cleared.
