There are 8 Areas and same number of pages with a submit button. Depending on the Area selected specific people should receive the submission. I have tried to set this up by attaching a 'change email recipient' to the field 'YMI Area' but in a test run everyone in my email lists received the form, although it should have only gone to SDS AFR. Any ideas how to solve/fix this?

I see that you used two conditions to trigger two of your notification email alerts. In this case the other 6 email will be sent regardless of the conditions you created.
I thin this is the reason why your email list received the emails.
In other words, when one selects Africa, the SDS AFR email alert is triggered, and also other 6 emails alerts are triggered.
You should assign 'change email recipient' conditions for the email alerts that you don't want to be triggered all the time.
