our email keeps getting put on your bounce list.

    how can we prevent this.  it is becoming burdensome to have log in to the web site each time a form is filled out to get the information.  any ideas would be great.

    Which email address(es) are you having difficulties with ending up in our bouncelist several times?

    I looked through your email history but the last one I see that is listed as being in the bouncelist is this one here "axxxxn@ixxxtexxcx.com" which I removed for you.

    I took a look at your service ticketing form's email notification and found two email addresses you have there but, neither was listed in our bouncelist.

    jplatts@ixxxrtexxcx.com is NOT in the bounce list tickets@ixxxrtexxcx.com is NOT in the bounce list

     

    There are numerous reasons why you might have ended up in our bouncelist though it appears your email is rejecting the smtp emails we've been sending you so this forces you into our bouncelist.
