Problem one: I have contacted you here for support but I don't see any replies. I realize this may be something in my settings but I don't know how to fix it. that is why I am sending you my email address above.
Problem two: I see nothing when I click on "edit" the forms. I am on the site, I see the list of interviews, I can view submissions but on "edit" - nothing.

I couldn't find any thread made by you recently except this one. I checked the email you provided, just in case it ended in the Bounce list, but it didn't, messages are going to that address.
Regarding your Edit issue. Please try Clearing your Browser's cache since I wasn't able to replicate this issue. It could be a cookie related one.
If that doesn't help, please get back to us so we can have a closer look.
