Our submissions prior to Nov. 30th are not showing on our submission reports. Could you please assist us with this as soon as possible

Since the account was downgraded to Free, the oldest submissions in the account were removed due to the submission storage limit for Free accounts. I see that you have upgraded your account again on 13 Jan 2017. So, I am able to restore the deleted submissions. Please check now and you should be able to view all the submissions for your forms.
