Donation Form Reporting

We are just curious as to what information would be included in our report if we create a charitable donation form for our clients customers to make donations through.  

We won't have access to our clients WorldPay reporting so we are wondering if the JotForm reporting will include the amount of the donation as well as a name and email address (if we include that on the form)?

You can have all fields from your form included inside of the report wish you create.
