    Why Thank you page is not visible?

    Вопрос по всплывающему окну после оформления заказа. После заполнения формы и отправки заказа, появляется окно - "спасибо", но его не видно, оно находиться в самом верху страницы, а страница автоматически прокручивается вниз и сама надпись не видна на мониторе, надо прокрутить ленту вверх, чтобы ее увидеть. Фото во вложении. Как сделать, чтобы эта надпись была сразу видна клиенту, то есть, как её опустить вниз на странице?

    Did you embed the form using iFrame method? If no, please embed your form using iFrame method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    Я не это имела ввиду! Сайт работает и форма работает br/>орошо. Вы меня не
    поняли. !!! "спасибо" не видно на странице после оформления заказа, оно
    перемещается вверbr/> и не видно клиенту после оформления заказа. Надо
    прокручивать страницу вверbr/>. Я пробовала переместить "спасибо" вниз
    страницы в Jotform (фото прилагаю), чтобы было видно клиенту, но оно все
    равно вверbr/>у и его не видно после оформления заказа - видно только белый
    лист без надписей, без "спасибо".

    Do you mean that the Thank You page does not display after the form is submitted? Please try embedding the form with the Iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    Вы меня не понимаете! Страница отображается, но надпись вверbr/>у страницы и

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    As I understood you correctly, you want to make visible your "Thank you" page title.The "Thank you page" moved and was not visible to the user after submitted the form, if you want to see it you must scroll.

    I have cloned your form and tested on my side. I have realized that your "Thank page" has got more space. If you delete this space, your problem will be fixed. You can see at below my video: 

    Please delete these spaces and try again.

    I see what you mean, the height of the frame is not resetting to the height of the form after submitting the form, that's why it is necessary to scroll up to see the Thank You message:

    You may consider displaying the form in two or more pages by using page breaks, so that the height of the frame can be reduced.

    сделать разрыв страниц, то -спасибо- будет открываться на этом же сайте

    I have added a the page break on your form:

    There is no need to scroll up to see the Thank You message now.
