When we went into dropbox today, our folder for our jotform submission was gone. There was nothing wrong with integration connection because I double checked. I entered the login info again for the integration just to create the folder again and have submission forward to dropbox moving forward but everything else is missing. Please advise

There is nothing on our end that would remove anything from Dropbox, our integration is not capable of doing so. Removing the integration would have no affect on what has already been forwarded to Dropbox either.
The only thing I can think of would be the folder was deleted in Dropbox by someone with access to it.
