I can not downgrade my account and am unable to access the FAQ on the subject

    I am trying to downgrade my account but your system will not allow me because it will not accept my username and password combination or my email address to reset the password. When I go to the FAQ, it boots me out after entering my username and password.

    You have paid Your Jotform subscription using our payment gateway, Plimus.  Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.  (Please do take note that your Plimus username is different from your Jotform username.)

    I have already canceled your subscription for you. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires. You are scheduled to be downgraded to free on June 11, 2012.
