I have 15 submissions on my form, but no payments are coming through to my paypal account?

Hi, thank you for contacting us.
I have sent a test submission and I was redirected properly to the PayPal checkout page.
I then closed the tab and my submission ended up properly as an incomplete payment.
That means the 15 submissions were actually incomplete, and were unintentionally, or accidentally marked as completed by you.

I would recommend enabling the Instant Payment Notification in your PayPal account as well as the incomplete payment notification email on JotForm side. We have detailed guides on achieving both here:
