Email not working

    The form I created as three emails that need to receive contact from the form. Two of them work. I have sent test emails to the email that isn't working, from my work email and it works there. When I hit send on the form, I only get an email to two out of the three.

    The email is entered correctly. What could be the problem?

    I checked the email recipients and all of them is not in our bounce list. I also checked your email logs and I didn't see any failed emails or bounce list. Here's a guide on: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History.

    Try checking your spam folder. If you see JotForm mails, please mark it as not spam.

    I also noticed that you use the Test Email in the notifications. It means that it will send the notification to the owner email address registered to the account. If you want to test all the recipients, you should manually fill up your form and click the Submit button.
