Email issues

    A pop up window keeps coming up that says my email is unreachable.  I have been using the same email and nothing else has changed on my end.

    I have checked and email address of your account is in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:

    dbarry@anaheim.net is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP

    I have now removed it from the bounce list.

    Why I am not Receiving Email Notifications?

    It seems like your email provider have banned our IP address or domain. I would suggest you contact your IT department or your email provider to see if they are blocking emails coming from JotForm. Also ask them to whitelist emails that are coming from JotForm.
