I have a form with a word count of 300 and no other limitations, but users are only allowed to type around 250-280 words before they're cut off. I can't find any other setting that would affect it, the only thing I have on is the maximum word count.

Thank you BJoanna! Could you explain what you did in case I run into this issue again with another form? I have multiples of this form, this was just the only one I've been informed of issues with.

I had to switch Form Builder back to our older version, by adding &old at the end of the URL inside of Form Builder.

Than I have inspected propertied of text area field and I saw that max Length was set to 1500, like this.

To resolve mentioned issue I have removed 1500 value from that field.

Then I switched back to new version by replacing &old with &test and reloading the page.

Hope this will help. let us know if you need further assistance.
