I see other people had this problem, but the solutions couldn't help me figure out what was wrong.

I've built this website only using google sites, so I don't know if there is a problem with the form or Google sites.

    Thanks

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Which embed method did you use? Did you follow the instructions provided in this User Guide Article?

Thank you. I used the Google site method because the other ones didn't work. I went to google sites and inserted the gadget. I didn't get any error messages. I put in the ID. There looked to be a long and short form of the ID for the form, so I tried both of them. Thanks for responding so quickly.

I tried to contact Google, too, just in case there was something wrong on their end. Also, I'm running XP (Sadly) and Firefox 12.0.

Ok. I found another bug, which might answer the problem even if I don't know what steps to take to fix it.

When I try to embed the link to the page, it says "404 Error. File not found".

So the link to embed it in Google Sites may be broken. I have no idea how to fix that, IF that's the problem.

http://www.jotform.us/Deiopei/Artist_Classifieds <-- This link does not work (the direct link)

http://jotform.us/form/21513684332146 <-- think link does work (I chose the embed in email option and copied this link)

This is as far as I could get...

I'm still looking into this. Meanwhile, one of my more experienced colleagues may also respond to this thread. Yes, i've seen two different form ids in your pages source. Your form ID is 21513684332146. Did you enter this ID?

No. The link does not include that form ID.

The Google Sites embed link has this number: 102235888454881850738. The shortened version was 102235888

I just tried substituting the "21513684332146 " in the link, but it gave me an error.

I'm not certain what link you're referring to but the only requirement for the URL is the gadget URL, which for your case should be this:  http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/102235888454881850738/jotform.xml

There's no short version of this URL.

After clicking the "Add" button, you will see another page which you will enter the Form ID.  Please take note that it is only the form ID that's needed, not the URL

Once done, click OK to close the integration wizard and then save the page by clicking the blue Save button at the top right of the page.
