I have had several folks fill out a Jot Form and receive this message (see image) after they hit "submit". Please advise.

You have set Unique Submissions on your form.
This will prevent your users to submit your form more than once from same IP address.
If you want to allow same users to submit your form multiple times that set this option to No Check.
