I need assistance over the phone to update our payment information. I've been emailing back and forth and I'm still unable to update our payment information. Our current billing is set to expire on Jan 24th so I'm trying to address this ASAP so that we do not lose our account. Please provide a phone number or call me at 703.549.2207 x506.
I was told that the PayPal payment info had been erased but I'm still unable to update with new credit card information.

I see you opened two other threads regarding the same issue.
And on both thread, you were advised to wait for your account to downgrade completely on the 24th and not re-subscribed until then to avoid further inconvenience.
It was also mentioned by my colleague, David, on one of the threads mentioned above, that you will not lose any data.
