why are you charging my account?

    I talked with someone last month on this they were going to stop charging me and credit me back for december. instead they have charged me again.  Please help me and stop charging my card   I ned you to credit me back because i do not and will not be using these services

    The subscription(ref #: INT130114-6390-23480S) that was located with your email address "reneehs@yahoo.com", has been cancelled and last payment refunded.

    I see that subscription was applied for the account "BodyLogic", which is registered with the email address "teach@bodylogicgroup.com". Just to let you know, that account is back to free status.
