I paid for our account with my personal CC. Now I need to switch it to my company card. Do I need to downgrade and then upgrade again? I dont want to be charged immediately again considering I just paid to upgrade earlier in the week. Will I be charged again?

Downgrade and then upgrade would be fine in this case. As far as I can see, your premium subscription has been already cancelled, but your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires (June 27th, 2012).
After the expiration date you will be able to re-subscribe using new credit card details. You will be able to do that from the following page: http://www.jotform.com/pricing/

You should be able to upgrade now by going to Account Settings > Upgrade To Premium.
