application page on website moving slowly

I posted a couple of hours ago how my application page was very slow.  you gave me two suggestions, 1 to use form collapse and 2 was page break.  I have used the page break.  Can I also use form collapse as well to help?  Just trying to get as much speed when people are filling this form out as possible.  Thank You
