Our email (sales@instantcard.net) is making it to your bounce list every few others now.
It has been working great for almost 2 years, but for the last few months it started happening sporadically and has since increased on much faster intervals. I am now having to remove the email twice a day from your bounce list.
I have looked over your documentation and I cannot see what the problem is. All emails to us(and customers) come from the noreply@jotform.com email (not ours). Please provide steps to get this resolved so we can keep our business flow going as normal.
This is getting pretty infuriating and we need to get this resolved ASAP.
Thanks much,
Yann

What I would suggest you is to add (or ask your email provider to add) our mail server domain list:
us-sub1.jotservers.com
us-sub2.jotservers.com
aws-sub1.jotservers.com
aws-sub2.jotservers.com
us-app2.jotservers.com
srv89.formresponse.com
srv48.formresponse.com
jotservers.com
jotmails.com
jotform.com
amazonses.com
email.amazonses.com
*.smtp-out.amazonses.com
jotform.co
secure.jotform.co
s3.amazonaws.com
static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com
This should help you with the bouncing problem, the following guide will help you to avoid bouncing problems as well: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
Also, a good way to avoid emails being blocked due to any security filter and also have more control over how the emails are sent is by setting up your custom sender email using the SMTP method, you should ask your email provider for this info and then follow this guide: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
Hope this helps.
