To my understanding, you are planning to use your form to give instructions to your respondents on how they can utilize their phones, is that correct?

Having said that, you would like to direct them to the correct result/information base on the answers they have provided in other fields prior.

If that is the case, I would suggest you check the information found in this guide: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

And if you have any further questions, please let us know.

If, in any case, I have misunderstood your concern, please do get back to us with more details explaining what you're really trying to achieve and we will be glad to help you further.

    Thank you.

I want to give them instructions. As an example I would like to tell them how to get the imei number off of their phone. I am looking to be able to put in a text area / box to put this info in.

If you want to include a block of text in your form to include instructions, you can use Text. You can find it under Basic Fields of your form's builder page.
