Emails Not Coming Through When Conditions Are Met

    When a student selects their residence hall, the notification email should go to a different individual, which is set in the conditions area. These individuals are not receiving these emails.

    Hello,

    I did check the conditions you have added in form and found that your email hhill@salemstate.edu and mcasto@salemstate.edu ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

     

    Result: 

    hhill@salemstate.edu is IN 

     the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 rejected due to spam URL in content

     

    Result: 

    mcasto@salemstate.edu is IN 

     the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 rejected due to spam URL in content

     

    That is the reason why you were not receiving emails on the above email addresses. I have now removed your email address from bounce list and it should work fine. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Please note that you can also use your own email address to send submission emails. You will have to add a custom sender email in your account and use your own SMTP settings. The follwoing guide should help you how to set up SMTP:  https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
