Is there a way to make sure no one else can book that time slot?

I'm just wondering if someone places a booking on a certain date and time, is there a way to make sure no one else can book that time slot?

That's possible using this widget http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/date_reservation. Once the date is selected, it can't be selected again by the users.
