Collecting Credit Card Info without using merchant to charge card

I am a travel agent and need to collect credit card info from my clients to pay for their travel directly with my suppliers.  Does any of the integrated payment companies allow me to do that without charging the client's card?

Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect credit card information with JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. It is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder.

You may enable Authorization only option when you use PayPal/Stripe/Authorize.net so that the user's credit card will be authorized while submitting the form. You may later charge the user from the respective payment gateway dashboard.
