How can I keep the price field at one price? My supporters are able to change the price to something else.

Asked by dwcf on May 31, 2012 at 04:18 PM

We are having a 5k walk and the registration is $25. We had a supporter register and make her donation payment for $10. She was able to change the registration to what she wanted to pay. How can we make that papyment stay at the price we want it to be?

    hank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to generate the fields automatically. However, you may use conditions as a workaround. In this case you will have to add all the fields manually and then create the conditions for each option.

Please take a look at the following form example:

With due respect to my colleague, I think what you are looking for is to setup a donation payment where users are not able to change the quantity, am I correct?

Before to continue, I was able to check your form but I could not find the donation payment section, have you removed it?

At any rate, please take a look at this form. Just put a check into the last box (for donation) you will see there is no way to change it but just increase it because it contains a fixed price.

Let me know if you would need assistance to set up yours in this way.
