    Notification email not working all of a sudden on all my forms?

    Hi there,

    All of a sudden the notifier emails have stopped working... on all 15 of my forms. Forms are sending submissions to 2 different email addresses.

    I even tried going into submissions and manually sending/ forwarding to a different email address and still nothing.

    I remember having this issue about 12 months ago and it was fixed by changing to sender email. Not working this time.






    Also, tried 4 submissions on the site and for 1 I got 502 bad gateway at this URL I was forwarded to: http://submit.jotformpro.com/submit/51018512582954/

    Hi Ben,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I have checked your forms and e-mail logs. I realized that your Notification recipient e-mail address "gotreequote@outlook.com" was in our Bounce List. As you can see:

    I have removed it. You can receive your Notification e-mail now. Also, if your e-mail added to Bounce List again, you can remove from it.

    Also, I have sent a test submission to your form. Everthing works properly on my side. As you can see belo screenshot:

    It was a temporary issue and it seems fixed. I can suggest you, clear your browser caches and try again.
