IN ADDITION... my email notifications ( at least the one to my firstname.lastname@example.org ) is now not working at all ! - So I have lost some subscriptions and although it appears correctly in the Jot Form Mail setup window, it does not work -- I suspect the clients will also NOT get a copy !!!
Your assistance to date is really appreciated and valuable -- thank you in advance for your assistance to solve this.

This usually happens when the messages are rejected by your email service provider. Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as "old", "rejected" or similar, and it will store your recipient email address in our bounce list.
