Google Integration: Submissions not going through

    Good Day,

     

    The google spreadsheets intergration is now worse than the day before. It now intergrates and then just stops working. So after every submittion I now have to re-intergrate.

     

    Why is things not getting better???

    Hi,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience. 

    I have checked your previous threads about the case. It is seen that this is a new issue. 

    I tried to reproduce your issue on my side but I didn't replicate. Please have a look at the steps below:

    #1- I had a form which was integrated with Google SpreadSheet in Jan 17th, 2017. I had two submissions to this form and these submissions went to my spreadsheet successfully on that day (17th).

    #2- After that, I submitted this form today and controlled my spreadsheet (Jan 19th). I saw the entry about my submission on Google Spreadsheet. I didn't replicate any issue.

    #3- I removed my integration and submitted form again. I had 4 submissions on submissions page. 

    #4- I reintegrated my form with Google SpreadSheet. All my existing submissions went to this new spreadsheet. 

    #5- I submitted my form again and I saw the 5th entry on the spreadsheet.

    As my colleague mentioned that there may be some issues about Google Integrations. This is because of Google. We had some changes in integrations with Google Spreadsheet; therefore, existing integrations will not work. You need to re-integrate your form and after that, it should be work as I mentioned above. 

    Could you please check again? If your issue still persists, please explain your issue step by step like I did above. We need more details to raise your issue to our developer team.

    Good Day,

     

    I have reintegrated my form this morning. All my submission pulled through. But my problem is that after this I submitted a new form and this did not pull through to the google sheet. Also if I make changes on excisting forms gets done it does not update the google spreadsheet.

     

    Therefore I have reintegrated again and the new data displayed in google sheets. I then logged a new submission and again it did not pull through to the google sheet. Therefore every time i make a submission I have to reintegrate my form to display the new submission in google spreadsheet.

     

    I cannot keep reintegrating every time there is a new submission as we are running a call center and have about 10 new submissions per minute.

    We cannot give you a time frame. Google integrations are as important to us as it is important to you. Therefore, please be sure that the priority of the issue is urgent.
