How to have an email sent when form submission is edited?

I need to know how to view the change history on a survey that was submitted.... For example if someone edited a survey response in error, I need to see what the information was prior, originally. Please call me and walk me through this step

Unfortunately, we do not provide a phone support, but we'll be glad to assist you through this thread.

In order to see what your customer edited and submitted, I assume that that's what you would like to do, you should enable Send on Edit option in your Notifier:

And you can include an Edit link in your Autoresponder:

So when your submitter edits the form you will receive an email about that:
