We would like to switch to a nonprofit package immediately

Since we just purchased the bronze package less than 12 hours ago, can you switch our package to the nonprofit bronze now that we've been approved?  Your assistance would be appreciated.

We cannot switch your subscription from regular priced one to non-profit, because they are essentially different subscriptions, but what we can do instead is to cancel and refund your existing subscription for which you've made a payment today, and then you can re-upgrade your account with your approved non-profit subscriptions.

I have done just that - your last payment of $19 has been refunded, and your regular priced subscription is now cancelled.

You can now re-upgrade your account with the non-profit pricing.
