    Hi,

I have been getting complaints about a form we have been using for quite a while.  I have tested it locally and it seems to work fine for me.

The emails that is supposed to confirm the form has been filled out to the person who fills it out is not being returned.

The email that is supposed to notify the owner of the form that it has been completed is also not going to that person.  Again, I can see that when I add my name to the list of those who can see it.

I checked our logs and it looks like the emails to two of the addresses in your form have indeed been failing.  Those addresses were in our bounce list but have already been removed.

If the addresses are continually being placed in our bounce list, I would recommend sending notifications from your own address or one of their addresses via SMTP instead:
