    Your downgrade instructions take you to screens that don't exist

    Hello yslTesco,

    I did check your account and found that your subscription was cancelled on Dec 05, 2016 which caused your account to downgrade to free plan on Jan 05, 2017.

    You do not have any active subscription and your account just have free / starter pln.
