Why My Write a Review request is not approved yet?

I have requested a Write a Review request. I gave this link: http://www.hishopnet.com/jotform-review-towhidurmahadi/

Still didn't get any positive response. Please help me.

I did check the review URL you have shared and it does not seems to have any link to JotForm. Please note that the review must contain a link to JotForm. That is the reason why your review request is rejected. 

Please edit your review and send the request again and we will take a look.

But didn't get "invite friend" 10 submission yet. Though i invited few email but status showing waiting even though they got email.

As you see in the following image, "Invite Friends" is not activated. 

You need to invite real people if you want to receive 10 submissions. 

Please have a look at the following image. It is seen that you invited spam people. Emails in the waiting list are matching the same IP address.

Please invite 10 real people and then if the issue persists, please feel free to let us know.
