Clients have said they had filled out my forms and submitted but it doesn't show up here anything filled out. Are the submissions sent via email? I can't log in here to check all forms that have been submitted.

I have checked your form http://www.jotform.us/form/70068819876168 and I can see there are not submissions in it, upon reviewing the emails history of your account I can confirm that you have not received submissions in this form yet.
You can also check your email history by following this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
I have also tested your form and found that the submission was sent through successfully, please also test your form by making a real submission, you will be able to view then in your submissions page.
If you're unable to log in, please try resetting your password, the email should be sent to the address you have set up in your account.
