I have to constantly remove my email from the bounce list. Once I do, I will start receiving the notifications again for a short while and then the email will go back to being on the bounce list. This if very frustrating. What can I do to stop this for good?

What I would suggest you is to try white-listing our mail server domain list, when an email is added to our bounce list it means that form some reason it was blocked in the destination mail server, this may also happen due to security filters on your destination server.

Also, if the problem persists, you should try setting up a custom SMTP sender email address, this will help you to avoid the bouncing problems.
