I had set up everything to accept payments through Dwolla but it doesn't work. Can you help me figure out what the issue is here?

I did a test submission in your form and I was able to replicate the issue. It redirected me to this error screen that states "Invalid application credentials".
The error implies that the gateway credential is incorrect. Please make sure that the Dwolla ID, Application Key and Application Secret are correct.
