I change the notification email (when a form is submitted) and it still goes to the email associated with my account.

    I checked your form and I can see that the form notification is configured correctly. The email recipient is not in the bounce list.

    The mail logs shows that you are using the "Test Email" button in the Emails wizard. Please take note that if you use the "Test Email" button, the notification will always be sent to the account's email address.

    The best way to test the email recipient is to open the actual form and do a test submission.
