Hi - Looking to create forms that DO NOT reside on your servers. We are governed by privacy laws and we would need the form, once completed, to automatically email to our server. Is that possible with you?

A well, we need the form to also be accessible on smartphones and Facebook - again, emailing to us once completed.

Basically, we would need the code to embed this where we need it.

    Thank you!

You can embed forms to your web pages, but the data would still be handled by our servers:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

You can set up forms to email you the data.  These are our guides on setting up email notifications.  The first is on setting up notifications sent to you:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

The second is how to setup notifications to your users:

Our forms are mobile responsive and can be used on most mobile devices.

Is there a way to delete the data of fyour servers? Formstack has a procedure whereby we indicate that we wish for the data to NOT BE stored on the server.

    Thank you!

Yes, you can delete the form submissions data in your form.

    Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

If you want it to be automatic, use this app http://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions
