Need to change "owner" of our account

    Please advise how we change the own name and email address on our account?

    If what you're referring to as "own-name" is your username, then there is no way you can change that through your account, but we can help you do that on our end.

    Just let us know at least 3 usernames that you would like for us to change your username into.

    (Three usernames in the order of which you would prefer to have)

    (If the first priority is not available or taken, we can try the next one)

    As for changing the email address on your account, you can do the following:

    First, click the User icon from your MyForms page and click "Account".

    On the account's page > Profile section (only click this link if you're logged to the correct account), do as what is shown in the image below.

    After clicking edit, enter the "New E-mail" in the field provided and click the "Save" button.
