I'm having problems getting my email notifications working when people fill out my form.
Several times I have seen where the software placed my email on the black list. I've clicked to get it on the white list several times.
I have looked at your help section, the video shows the choice under recipients for email notifications with the choice "Your Name and Your Email". I do not see that choice there for me.
The form I'm talking about is the "First Time Home Buyer Registration Form"
Thank you for such a wonderful tool, I love your forms. It just seems a little buggy to me. I've had this problem 2-3 times now.
I do not get the test emails either. Even if I have two emails addresses listed.

I have checked email history log on your account and all recent submissions were sent successfully to your email address.
When I checked email logs on your account I saw that email address email@example.com is in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 553 5.3.0 flpd570 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 18.104.22.168
I have removed it form the bounce list.
You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.

i have also checked our admin email logs and all recent submissions, including your test submissions, were successfully sent to your email address.
If you did not received those emails, please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into that folder any more.
Also please note that when you test email Notification using "Test email" button email will only be send to email address of your account. To properly test your Notification you need to make actual submission.
