Occasional stall on "please wait" after Submit button when using file-upload

Hi there, we've had a few reports that our form is stalling permanently on the "Please wait..." stage after adding a video file via the upload widget and pressing the Submit button. This form is being utilized solely on iOS devices. I've not been able to make it happen myself, so if anything, it's an inconsistent or intermittent problem. Just hoping you'll have a look at the form and advise of anything that could potentially cause this issue.

This can be due to the size of the file being uploaded through the File Upload field in your form. I have checked your form and I see that you have set the allowed file size to its maximum (1GB).

Larger files may take a longer time to upload than usual. And I see that you've already put in a note (sub-label) for your respondents to be aware of that, which is good. They need to wait for "Thank-You" page to confirm that their submission went through.

Another factor that needs to be also considered is the internet connection speed.

I don't see anything in your form that could potentially cause this to happen other than those two that I have mentioned above.

I am having a similar problem but I guess everyone in support is unavailable I have yet to hear back since 6. the submit button just says please wait...please help,
