Does JotForm confirm when a payment has been completed while using Dwolla?

Does the jot form have a way of confirming the payment has been done so we can provide a digital fulfillment once confirmed payment has been made? We need to transfer a credit to the buyer once we confirm that the payment has been made. The amount of the credits that we have to transfer will be in the jotform capture form.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Dwolla is discontinuing its product as of October 2018. But if you’re looking for an alternative to collect ACH payments through your forms, you can check out other great alternatives here.

Yes, you can set up an email notification if you want to be notified as soon as the payment has been completed, it is added to your form by default, but here is also the guide to add it: Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

If you want to notify the submitter about the submission received and payment completed then you need to set up an email auto-responder, it is also added automatically to your form as soon as an email address field is added, but this guide will help you to manually add it too: Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email

All the emails will be sent only if the payment has been completed.

    Hope this helps.
