    Stripe integration problem

    In my form: https://form.jotform.co/70125778033858 I got stripe integrated and when I try to pay it says Paymento Error:  Payment was unsuccessful. Your credit card was not charged.


    Go back and fix

     

     

    Help me please?

    The integration looks to be working.  The user might need to check with his/her bank to see if the card is still valid to be used, it is has enough funds and there's no other restriction on it.

    I'm getting the same error and there is definitely nothing wrong with the user info I'm entering. I have submitted 2 support requests and have had no update yet.

    All of our Stripe integrated forms have been throwing this error today. I did some testing and found that when I edited the integration to be for a defined price product instead of a user defined price it worked. 

    This is a MAJOR issue and sounds like it could be system wide in Stripe integrations if it's affecting multiple customers.
