So since you did the v4 version all my stripe integrations are fucked! When I enter stripe integration I noticed they all are in "test mode", so I change this to live mode and then save and save all... But when you try a payment it doesn't go through.. the Sent button stays in "please wait"... so I come back to check again the form and click on stripe integration again and see it changed back to "test mode"... so whats going on? I am losing a lot of money because this please help!
Here is a prepopulated that doesn't work... because everytime you enter the form it says it is in test mode even though you change back to live mode and save...

We need a way to call support on critical issues! Using a Forum to submit critical trouble tickets is LAME!

I have checked the Stripe integration using Test mode and see that it is working fine at my end. Please be noted that when you change the Test mode to Live mode in the payment integration, it is required to connect the Stripe account again.
As I check your JotForm, I see that the Stripe is not connected. Could you try changing the mode to Live and then connect to Stripe again?

We have identified an issue with the Stripe payments and we have received an update from our backend team that it should be fixed by now. Could you open the form once and then try saving again after making sure that the Stripe is correctly connected?
Let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to take a look again.
