When does my monthly submission count start over?

I just paid my monthly fee on January 15, but received no additional submission allowance.

I would like to apologize, however, upon checking your account I see that you are already subscribed to the Bronze Monthly plan.

Can you please check the usage section of your account again to verify that it now shows the new limits?
